We are seeking an experienced Medical Director to join our Primary Care team in St. Petersburg, Florida. As a leading healthcare provider, we offer a unique opportunity for a skilled physician to lead our outpatient practice and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Job SummaryThe Medical Director will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and direction to the primary care team
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Family Medicine or a related specialty
- At least 5 years of experience in primary care medicine, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
