Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver exceptional speech therapy services and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique requirements.
  • Provide expert therapy sessions to address various speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress to inform treatment decisions.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is highly preferred.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Prior experience working with diverse populations is necessary to provide effective services.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
