Human Resources Development Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious candidate to join our Human Resources team in Wisconsin as a Training & Development Intern. This role will assist the HR Department with various projects, including developing documentation, training employees, and implementing new systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The salary for this position is estimated at $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are passionate about learning and development, we encourage you to apply.
About the Job
The Training & Development Intern will be responsible for:
• Developing and updating training materials, including SOPs and job task lists
• Assisting with New Hire Orientation and employee follow-up meetings
• Helping to implement training systems and coaching employees
• Supporting succession planning and talent development initiatives
• Filing and scanning documents
Required Skills and Qualifications
This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Candidates should have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred, but not required.
