Senior Safety Manager

Safety is a top priority at MSCCN. We are seeking an experienced Senior Safety Manager to lead our safety initiatives and ensure a healthy, safe work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities
This role provides strategic direction by leading operations' safety continuous improvement efforts at the site level. As an integral member of the Safety Team, this position will support and advise site management about safety systems. The ideal candidate will assist in developing a proactive local safety strategy that drives locations to remain healthy, safe, and operational.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety programs to prevent injuries and minimize company losses.
- Monitor compliance of safety programs through audits, inspections, spot checks, and regular plant walk-throughs.
- Inspect equipment, working conditions, and maintain OSHA files and supporting documents.
- Analyze accident statistics to establish necessary precautions and changes needed for facility safety.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering or Industrial Technology or related field. Additionally, you should have 3+ years' experience in safety and sustainability management. You should also possess strong knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA hazard communications, accident investigation, and safety training methods. Familiarity with industry best practices and proficiency in MS Office is highly desirable.
Salary Range: $91,075-$113,850 plus 10% Target Bonus
