Job Summary

Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk to provide excellent customer service by completing sales transactions in a friendly, accurate, and timely manner. The ideal candidate will maintain clean and organized pharmacy work areas, greet customers, and offer assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by building loyalty and repeat business
  • Champion Thrifty White programs, such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist with enrolling patients
  • Stock, clean, and sort pharmacy products
  • Maintain flexibility in new or changing work roles and modify job responsibilities as required
  • Assist with health aids department maintenance
  • Learn and implement new technologies on an ongoing basis
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts
