About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Greer's Markets. As a Meat Cutter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality products are available to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, handle, and store meat products in a safe and efficient manner.
- Cut, trim, tray, and present fresh meats to meet customer expectations.
- Be familiar with our ground beef program, grinding procedures, and holding protocols.
- Handle fresh trim and fill/rotate all meat cases to maintain an attractive and well-stocked display.
- Understand the quality and grade of all products to ensure accurate signing and labeling.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of meat cutting and handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
