We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Scaled team at Zendesk. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across a diverse range of customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure our customers derive maximum value from our products and services, while also driving growth and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive customer success plans to drive growth and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
- Utilize data and insights to inform your approach and drive business outcomes
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers on Zendesk products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued success
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- Proven track record of driving growth and retention in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
