About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Scaled team at Zendesk. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across a diverse range of customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure our customers derive maximum value from our products and services, while also driving growth and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer success plans to drive growth and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Utilize data and insights to inform your approach and drive business outcomes
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers on Zendesk products and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued success
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Proven track record of driving growth and retention in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
