As a key member of our team, you will oversee quality inspection activities across various automotive manufacturing facilities within a two-hour radius of Princeton, Indiana. This role involves extensive travel and may require overnight stays.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional in automotive quality control and inspection to lead our quality inspection team. If you have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen analytical mindset, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site inspections of automotive manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address and rectify quality issues promptly.
  • Lead and supervise a team of quality inspectors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent and accurate assessments.
Requirements
  • MUST BE proficient in Microsoft Excel for consideration.
  • Extensive experience in automotive quality control and inspection or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • MUST BE able to travel extensively and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
