Role OverviewAs a Host/Hostess, you'll be responsible for enthusiastically greeting guests as they arrive and depart from the restaurant. You'll assist guests to their seats and maintain the overall guest flow of the restaurants, all with a caring sense of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Greeting and Seating: Open doors for guests arriving and departing, and accommodate any special needs, such as boosters, highchairs, or disabilities.
- Wait List Management: Manage the Wait List when the restaurant is full, ensuring that guests are informed and comfortable.
- Guest Assistance: Provide assistance to servers as needed, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, completing cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Guest Retention: Invite all guests back for another experience, building loyalty and driving repeat business.
- A desire to care for others, grow, and learn.

- Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required.
- Mobility required during the entire shift.
- Ability to transport and carry objects up to 15 pounds up to 15 times a shift.
- Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor, and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant.
This role requires regular navigation throughout the restaurant, communication with guests, and movement of items up to five pounds. Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds may be required. Adequate vision is necessary to discern cleanliness throughout the restaurant and operate a touchscreen. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
