Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Biomed Tech to join our team at Sharp HealthCare. As a Biomed Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality patient care by ensuring all electrical and mechanical medical devices are free of safety hazards and in good operating condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of medical equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines for medical equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with managers and supervisors to continuously learn and expand knowledge base.
  • Participate in special projects as directed by the manager.
  • Provide assistance to staff in resolving issues related to medical equipment repair and maintenance.
Requirements
  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Or Trade School and equivalent experience.
  • 5 Years Relevant experience and knowledge in medical equipment repair and working with test equipment in the hospital or medical center setting.
  • Driver's License - CA Department of Motor Vehicles -REQUIRED.
