Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Lead to join our team. As a Customer Service Lead, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of Shift Supervisors, and ensuring that our restaurants run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Shift Supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment
  • Coach and develop Shift Supervisors to improve their skills and performance
  • Partner with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
  • Ensure that all operational standards are met and maintained
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
  • Proven track record of leading and developing teams to achieve business objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
