  • Job Summary: LMT Defense is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Clerk/Coordinator to join our team.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and Monitoring: Receive, document, and monitor all aspects of sales orders and inventory control.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Maintain inventory accuracy, control records, and protect goods in inventory.
  • Communication: Communicate with area supervisors on priorities, respond to inventory inquiries, and maintain a 95% or higher on-time order processing rate.
  • Representation: Represent the company with external contacts, including customer relations and vendor relations.
  • Serial Number Assignment: Accurately assign serial numbers for sales orders.
  • Compliance: Follow all ATF and LMT requirements and processes for inventory control, lot-out, and processing.
  • Requirements: 1 year of experience in material and inventory control, shipping, and receiving in an industrial setting; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work 1st shift (7am-3:15pm); and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Infor.
