Xperience XRG is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender at Xperience XRG, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper rotation of all liquor, beer, wine, and consumable items. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including the bar top, glasses, ashtrays, and trash. Additionally, you will be required to monitor intoxicated and/or disruptive guests and report any issues to management. You will also be responsible for refusing further service of alcohol to guests who are overly intoxicated. Responsibilities:

* Ensure proper rotation of all liquor, beer, wine, and consumable items
* Maintain a clean and organized bar area
* Monitor intoxicated and/or disruptive guests and report any issues to management
* Refuse further service of alcohol to guests who are overly intoxicated

Requirements:

* 1+ year of experience in a bartending or hospitality role
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
