Job Overview

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality improvement, data management, and team leadership. As a RN Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our quality management committee, implementing quality initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Manage and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and inform quality initiatives.
  • Quality Initiatives: Develop, implement, and evaluate quality initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve quality goals and objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure all federal and state regulatory requirements are met, including accreditation and licensure standards.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
