**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Agent to join our team at Capstone Corporation. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for achieving the community's revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Inspect apartments prior to resident move-in and ensure they are in move-in ready condition.
  • Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions that may impact the community's occupancy and sales results.
  • Design and execute marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the community.
  • Use the on-site property management software to track apartment availability and record traffic and leasing activities.
  • Ensure that the community and show units meet the standards for show quality.
  • Follow-up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction.
  • Execute and perform activities in support of the community's lease renewal program.

**Requirements**

  • Two years of Leasing experience in the Multifamily industry.
  • Solid sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Active listening skills and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Tax Credit Experience Required.
  • Weekends Required.
