About the Job

We are seeking an experienced nurse practitioner to join our team in Frankfort, IN. As a House Calls Nurse Practitioner, you will provide evidence-based medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs in their homes, assisted living facilities, or independent living communities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide Patient-Centered Care: Examine and treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses.
  • Order and Interpret Laboratory Tests: Conduct lab and diagnostic testing as needed to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care and maintain comprehensive patient plans.
  • Ensure Accurate Medical Records: Maintain up-to-date patient medical records and ensure that all necessary information is accurately documented.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Licensure and Certification: Possess an active state NP license, current NP national board certification, and active state DEA licensure.
  • Education and Experience: Hold a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) and have at least five years of nursing experience, with two years of NP experience preferred.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals.
  • Computer Proficiency: Possess proficiency in medical instruments and equipment, as well as computer-based data management programs, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer competitive compensation, ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, based on performance. Additional benefits include mileage reimbursement for certain roles and delegated activities, flexible scheduling, employee referral programs, professional licensure reimbursement, tuition reimbursement on specific programs, paid time off, 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, flexible spending account (FSA), and employee discounts.

The estimated salary for this role is $110,000 per year, depending on performance and experience.
