The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process and clinical skills to direct, provide, and evaluate patient care according to the department's scope of service.
Key responsibilities include analyzing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Additional requirements include a graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing, with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
