We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at L&T Precision LLC. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality machined parts using Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in operating CNC machines. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be expected to meet production targets while maintaining a safe working environment.

About the Job

As a CNC Machinist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Operating CNC Machines: You will operate various types of CNC machines, including 3-axis, 5-axis, and vertical machines, to produce complex machined parts.
  • Setup and Programming: You will set up and program CNC machines to run specific programs, input tools registers, offset, compensation, and zero reference points.
  • Inspection and Quality Control: You will perform inspections on machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards, using various measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, and comparators.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: You will perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines and troubleshoot issues that arise during production.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in operating CNC machines.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Computer Skills: You must have basic computer skills and familiarity with CNC software and machinery used for computer-aided manufacturing.
  • Math and Analytical Skills: You must have strong math and analytical skills to take precise measurements and make calculations.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
