Job Title: Route Sales Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Route Sales Specialist to join our team at Auto-Chlor System. As the face of our company, you will play a vital role in managing and growing our customer base by delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards that keep our clients happy and loyal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Excellence: Follow our 28-day service schedule, conducting the 29-step preventative maintenance process on all dish machines.
  • Troubleshooting Pro: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to ensure smooth operations for our customers.
  • Sales Skills: Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue.
  • Emergency Support: Provide on-call emergency service when needed, showcasing your commitment to our clients.
  • Payment Management: Collect payments and follow up to keep accounts current.
  • Logistics: Deliver and pick up chemicals safely and efficiently.
  • Safety First: Drive company vehicles responsibly, maintaining a clean driving record.
  • Relationship Builder: Build rapport with decision-makers and address customer concerns with professionalism.
  • Training & Support: Educate customers on proper chemical usage to control costs and promote safety.
  • Negotiation: Work on service agreement renewals and discuss price adjustments when necessary.
  • Flexibility: Participate in an on-call rotation and be prepared to drive in various conditions, including inclement weather and evenings.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Mechanical Aptitude and Skills.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Abilities.
  • Able to Lift 50lbs.
