We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita Inc.

Job Overview

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients suffering from end-stage renal disease. As a Patient Care Technician, you will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary care team, working closely with nurses, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Direct Patient Care: Spend most of your day in direct one-on-one patient care, providing safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics and build long-term relationships with them.
  • Tech Duties: Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • No Dialysis Experience Required
  • Comfortable Working Around Blood and Needles
  • Physical and Mental Ability to Work Long Hours
