Culinary Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our culinary team as a Culinary Assistant. This role involves assisting with food preparation, maintaining cash receipts and meal records, and completing daily reports. You will work closely with our manager to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Food Preparation: Assist with preparing quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Cash Handling: Maintain accurate cash receipts and meal records.
• Daily Reporting: Complete daily reports that verify transactions.
• Sanitation and Safety: Ensure storage of food in an accurate and sanitary manner.
• Customer Service: Serve food according to meal schedules, department policies, and procedures.

• Education: Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Skills: Ability to work quickly and concisely under pressure.
• Experience: Food Service Certificate as needed.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $35,000-$45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
