Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair heavy-duty construction equipment according to OEM guidelines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment, diagnosing and repairing defects, and ensuring timely completion of repairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections and identifying work and/or damaged parts.
- Diagnose and repair equipment according to OEM guidelines.
- Correct equipment deficiencies by replacing, repairing, and adjusting parts.
- Perform repairs within given timelines.
- Complete service reports and maintain clear customer records.
- Communicate job progress to supervisor and customer as necessary.
- Follow general safety rules for each job.
- Must supply basic hand and air tools to make the job as efficient as possible.
- Must be able to respond to after-hour emergency calls as directed by supervisor.
- Experience working on heavy-duty construction equipment.
- Training on multiple different equipment types.
- Class B CDL is required.
- Possess a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- General computer skills are highly desired.

- $30 - $40 per hour based on experience.

The work environment for this position is varied due to the differences in our work site. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, electrical, vibrations, fumes or airborne particles, toxic and outside weather conditions.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to very loud. Works indoors and out. Exposed to outside weather.
