We are seeking a skilled Clinical BCBA to join our team at Maraca Learning in Boise, Idaho.

About the Role

As a Clinical Supervisor BCBAs you will be responsible for managing a caseload of children with autism, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and conducting parent training. Your primary goal will be to ensure that RBTs are effective behavior change agents and the primary vehicle through which services produce long-lasting improvements in patients' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive behavioral, developmental, adaptive, and autism severity assessments for children with autism.
  • Develop individualized curricula (i.e., behavioral intervention or treatment plans) tailored to each child's unique needs.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train a team of Registered Behavior Technicians who implement the curriculum.
  • Manage a small clinical case load of children receiving clinic-based ABA services.
  • Develop and timely submit treatment plans and progress reports.
  • Train parents on using behavioral assessments and interventions.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related discipline.
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • No less than 3 years prior experience working with children with autism.

Compensation:

We offer a highly competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $65,000 to $90,000 per year, plus benefits including relocation assistance, continuing education reimbursement, clinical support, and opportunities for professional development.
