Patient Services Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Patient Services Specialist to join our team at Oceans Healthcare.
About the RoleThis is a PRN (as-needed) position that requires flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will provide direct clinical services to patients, including assessments, interventions, and therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Assessments and Interventions: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Group Therapy Planning: Plan and conduct group therapy sessions as assigned, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for patients.
- Case Management: Provide case management services to patients, including discharge planning and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Multidisciplinary Treatment Planning: Review and contribute to multidisciplinary treatment plans under the supervision of senior clinicians.
- Patient Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers, promoting respect, dignity, and cultural sensitivity.
- Clinical Expertise: Possess strong clinical knowledge and skills in assessment, intervention, and therapy.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and written.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and priorities.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and opportunities for professional growth and development.
