We are seeking a highly motivated Host/Hostess to join our team at Cowboy Club Grille & Spirits in Sedona, Arizona. As a member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.
Salary: The estimated hourly wage for this position is between $13 and $35, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking reservations and maintaining the reservation book
- Assisting with take-out orders and managing pick-ups
- Serving as a source of information for guests, answering questions and providing local directions and suggestions
- Greeting and seating guests in an enthusiastic and courteous manner
- Maintaining bathroom facilities and ensuring they are tidy and well-stocked
- Assisting management with various requests
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying shifts
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Eagerness to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team
