Job Summary

The Rn Medical Unit Specialist will provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and developing and implementing individualized care plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, communicating effectively with patients and families, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing diagnostic tests
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families, including providing education and support
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
