We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Investment Management Office in Back Bay. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for tasks such as:

  • Providing administrative support to our team members;
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments;
  • Coding and organizing documents;
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails;

The successful candidate will have excellent MS Office Suite skills, particularly in Excel, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong understanding of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
