Restaurant Server Job Description

At BBL Hospitality, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet guests, making them feel comfortable and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Inform guests of specials and menu changes, making recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Take food and beverage orders, enter them into our point-of-sale system, and deliver them to guests in a timely manner.
  • Perform side work, maintain clean service areas, and monitor guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare final bills, present checks to guests, and process payments.
Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures.
  • Math skills and ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Physical ability to work in a standing position for long periods and safely lift trays of food.
