Oncology Clinical Nurse Navigator Position

We are seeking a skilled Oncology Clinical Nurse Navigator to provide expert care to cancer patients. This role will function as a member of the multidisciplinary team and coordinate patient care across the continuum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical nursing expertise in cancer care management and facilitate timely access to treatment.
- Advocate and educate patients to overcome healthcare system barriers.
- Ensure quality and comprehensive services for patients with a cancer diagnosis.
- Serve as a clinical resource and liaison within the facility and to the community.

Requirements:
- Experience: Preferred three years direct patient care experience in oncology
- Licensure: Current District of Columbia licensure or eligibility
- Education: Minimum nursing baccalaureate degree from an accredited school
- Certification: certification from the Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation Program (ONCC) or other cancer specific nursing certification. If not certified obtains within 12 months of hire
Compensation: Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. Min. $43.57/hour, Max. $67.53/hour.
