Salary Information

The salary for this position ranges from $36.00 to $41.95 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on years of experience and qualifications. Placement within the wage range is determined by individual performance and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality patient care.

Job Responsibilities

Under the supervision of a registered nurse or other authorized healthcare provider, the Licensed Practical Nurse will participate in developing, implementing, and modifying comprehensive plans of care for facility residents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering patient care services in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Conducting ongoing assessments and documenting resident progress.
  • Communicating effectively with staff, residents, and family members to ensure clear understanding of care needs and preferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current license to practice as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in the state of employment.
  • A strong working knowledge of infection control principles and practices.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and positively with staff, residents, and family members.
  • Basic computer knowledge and aptitude to learn company software.
  • The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
