Job Title: Digital Asset Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Digital Asset Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Kontoor Brands.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital assets throughout their lifecycle, from pre-production to post-production. This includes developing naming conventions, organizing and cataloging assets, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery.

You will work closely with our photo studio team, photographers, merchandisers, sales, DTC, and brand teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital asset naming conventions based on scheduled shoots
  • Organize and catalog digital assets, ensuring proper receipt and storage
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate asset availability and status
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital asset management, preferably in a creative environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, and InDesign
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
