We seek an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship Development Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong background in customer service with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
This role involves maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth through collaboration with senior sales, campaign managers, and indirect service partners.
We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills to prospect new clients, pitch the value of our solutions, negotiate and close deals, and maintain high levels of satisfaction among existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the team to secure new accounts.
- Work with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services to clients.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and updates to clients and senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations to clients and the company.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Associate degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
