Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Patient Recovery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, providing individual counseling services and conducting group sessions. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be essential in ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining confidentiality.
You will also participate in our Clinical Quality Effectiveness (CQE) program, adhere to federal and state regulatory standards, and uphold the core principles of our culture. This includes demonstrating our mission of service, positive communication, self-motivation, and perseverance. If you possess good oral and written communication skills, patience, and resilience, we encourage you to apply.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience in providing education and therapeutic counseling for adults
- Knowledge of therapeutic community philosophy and best practices of outpatient counseling
- Ability to identify appropriate resources for client development and provide substance abuse counseling
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
