Warehouse Specialist

As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely selection and palletization of orders. This is a dynamic position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.

• Select and palletize orders using a voice-activated system in various warehouse environments, including dry, cooler, and freezer areas.
• Operate electric pallet jacks or other powered industrial equipment to transport products safely and efficiently.
• Stage pallets for loading on designated dock locations.
• Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment, including voice headsets and personal protective gear.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and adhere to all safety practices and company policies.

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience operating electric pallet jacks or forklifts is also desirable.

• Frequently lift, push, or move product weighing 1-75 pounds, up to 100 pounds with safe lifting practices.
• Regularly reach up to 72 inches to stack and unstack pallets.
• Constantly bend and twist while operating a pallet jack or other powered industrial equipment.
