Job Overview

This role involves implementing targeted strategies to enhance desirable skills and reduce challenging behaviors in our clients. You will work one-on-one with children, developing personalized treatment plans to help them reach their full potential.

Requirements
  • Active RBT certification or 40-hour training certificate
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field (preferred)
  • Relevant experience working with children and those with special needs (desired)
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $37,440 - $52,000, commensurate with experience and certification level. Additionally, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, 401(k) matching, and a referral bonus program.

Work Environment

As a full-time Registered Behavior Technician, you'll be based in our center, interacting with colleagues and clients in a collaborative environment. We prioritize in-person supervision, ensuring your success and well-being throughout your tenure.
