About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automotive Technician to join our team at Premier Auto Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing complex repairs and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring they are returned to their owners in excellent condition.

Job Summary

The Senior Automotive Technician will be responsible for:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Diagnosing and repairing complex issues with engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems
  • Using specialized equipment and tools to diagnose and repair problems
  • Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful as a Senior Automotive Technician, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in general automotive repair
  • A valid North Carolina driver's license
  • A valid North Carolina Emissions and Safety Inspectors license
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with diesel-powered engines
  • Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
