Soleo Health is a dynamic and innovative company that values its employees. We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a Part-Time Infusion Therapist.

In this role, you will provide clinical pharmacy services relative to chronic and traditional acute infusion therapies. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure excellent patient care and overall customer service.

**Responsibilities**

  • Providing compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring services prescribed by physicians or other authorized medical personnel
  • Complying with all local, state, and federal accrediting rules and regulations regarding the practice of pharmacy
  • Directly supervising pharmacy technicians and support personnel to ensure compliance in all areas

**Requirements**

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or R.Ph. with appropriate clinical experience
  • Post-graduate residency and/or training
  • Applicable active state licensure
  • Excellent clinical and customer service skills
