Concrete Construction Supervisor

The Concrete Foreman- Tilt-up is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the concrete crew, ensuring safe and efficient production, and meeting project schedules and budgets. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor craft personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Direct the work of assigned crew members to meet daily schedules and production targets.
- Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to meet project requirements.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure budget compliance.
- Ensure a high level of safety and adherence to safety policies and procedures.
- At least five years of experience in the concrete industry, with advanced knowledge of concrete paving, tools, and equipment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and crouch for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry forms.
- Exposure to the elements, including heat, cold, rain, and wind.
