We are seeking a Pulmonary and Critical Care physician to join our team at Community Health Network in Kokomo, Indiana.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a busy practice, offering inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, with a shared unrestricted call schedule of 1:3.
The ideal candidate will have strong primary care referral base and be board certified/board eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care, with medical licensure in Indiana.
