Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Critical Care Nurse Specialist will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
  • Evaluating patient responses to treatment and adjusting care plans as needed
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting changes in patient condition to relevant healthcare providers

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A current RN license in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • At least one year of experience in critical care nursing
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
