Activity Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Activity Coordinator to join our team at Lebanon Center. As an Activity Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our patients and residents by planning and implementing engaging activities that meet their physical, creative, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs.
Job Highlights- Plan and organize monthly recreation therapy services that cater to the diverse needs of our patients and residents.
- Provide input into the design of these services to ensure they are effective and enjoyable.
- Document patient and resident attendance and participation levels at recreation programs.
- Attend care plan meetings as needed to discuss patient and resident needs and progress.
As an Activity Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing engaging activities that promote physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans that incorporate recreational therapies.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient and resident attendance and participation levels.
- Providing feedback and suggestions for improving recreation therapy services.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-developed organizational abilities and record-keeping skills.
- The ability to work effectively with patients, residents, family members, visitors, and healthcare professionals.
