CRH Americas, a leading building materials company, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our President. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing complex calendars, and coordinating events.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support to the President: Provide executive-level support to the President of CRH Americas, including reading, researching, and routing correspondence, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating phone calls on their behalf.
  • Calendar Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including complex calendar management, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute events, including researching venues, negotiating contracts, coordinating activities, sending invitations, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Expense Reports: Review and process expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with the global executive assistant team to ensure consistent support and coordination across regions.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and coordinate logistics for the President and other team members.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

  • 10+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant in a corporate environment, preferably in a similar role within a large organization.
  • Diverse Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively within a diverse team, fostering a culture of trustworthiness, tactful communication, and maintaining confidentiality.
