Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our pediatric therapy team in Lynchburg, VA. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with children of all ages in home and clinic-based settings, providing a full range of care to help them make the most of their care or recovery.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in pediatric rehabilitative services, with experience in early intervention and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of their patients. You will work closely with our team to provide individualized care and support to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech therapy services to children in home and clinic-based settings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to our patients and their families
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in pediatric therapy
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current licensure to practice speech therapy in the state of Virginia
  • Experience in pediatric rehabilitative services, with a focus on early intervention
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
