CCG Business Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for accuracy and strong communication skills to contribute to the smooth functioning of our financial operations.

The Financial Operations Coordinator will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with various financial tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing and verifying incoming invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payment.
  • Reconciling accounts payable transactions, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining vendor records.
  • Preparing and processing accounts receivable invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
  • Assisting in the collections process by following up on outstanding balances and resolving payment discrepancies.
  • Carrying out daily bank reconciliations and assisting in cash management activities.
  • Regularly updating financial records in our accounting system.
  • Assisting with month-end close procedures, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
  • Providing support for audits and ad-hoc financial projects as needed.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and proven experience in accounts payable/receivable or a similar finance role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices is essential, as well as proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
