• $45,000 - $55,000 per year salary based on experience

As a CNA with SLP Operations, LLC, your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and changing bed linens. You will also assist with resident activity programs, prepare residents for meals and snacks, and record food intake. Additionally, you will read and follow daily care plans, perform assigned restorative and rehabilitative procedures, report changes in condition to the Charge Nurse, and document care provision on resident records/flow sheets as required. You will also be responsible for reporting accidents and incidents, following safety and sanitation rules, and promoting all regulations and policies regarding resident rights.

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the State with preferably one year of experience
• High School Diploma
• Must relate positively to residents, family members, employees, nursing, and facility management
• Must comply with company Time and Attendance Policies
