We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our Dallas team. This role provides business, managerial, and technical direction to our Service Center, supervising Business Administrators, Field Engineers, and Technicians. As the primary customer contact and liaison, you will oversee sales, profit, and quality of area operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop daily schedules for Field Engineers and Technicians
  • Create and review proposals, and analyze field personnel reports
  • Conduct regular sales calls and develop new accounts
  • Provide technical support to field personnel and sales engineers
  • Coordinate with Business Administrator on invoicing and monthly status reports
  • Interview job applicants and conduct employee performance reviews
  • Organize technical training for field personnel
  • Lead regular Service Center meetings to promote effective communication
  • Collaborate with Sales Team to promote new business
  • Ensure proper calibration of all test equipment
  • Maintain compliance with environmental and safety policies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 6 years of experience, OR
  • Graduate of Electrical Technical School or Military equivalent with 9 years of experience, OR
  • High school diploma or equivalent with a two-year Associate Degree and 9 years of experience
  • Strong communication, supervisory, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet research
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional overnight travel
  • Valid driver's license

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
