Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility as a Cosmetic Apprentice will be to assist experienced stylists in providing exceptional customer service. This includes greeting clients, taking appointments, and performing various tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist experienced stylists with various tasks such as sweeping hair, restocking shelves, and answering telephones.
• Market and grow the business by promoting and selling services and products to customers.
• Control expenses by following weekly salon schedules and correctly charging for services rendered.
• Complete required administrative tasks, including handling POS transactions and maintaining safety standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualities:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in cosmetology or related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
