About the Role

This full-time position offers a flexible schedule with every other weekend and holiday rotation. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.

We offer a salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 annually, based on experience, along with an impressive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Other benefits include generous paid time off, scholarship/tuition reimbursement opportunities, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide hands-on care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  2. Support residents in maintaining their independence by encouraging them to participate in activities and decisions.
  3. Foster a culture of respect and empathy within the care team, promoting open communication and collaboration.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must:

  1. Hold a valid certification as a nursing assistant and be registered with the State of Minnesota.
  2. Demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
  3. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and families.
  4. Show a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
