Project Billing Specialist

STV Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Billing Specialist to join our Project Accounting team. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days per week spent in our Lawrenceville, NJ office.
Job Summary:The Billing Specialist will be responsible for performing all aspects of the day-to-day project accounting functions, including contract administration and support, as well as administrative and executive support functions to the Operations Team and Regional Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and maintain projects in accordance with contractual terms and conditions
- Prepare client invoices in accordance with company billing policy guidelines
- Review and process vendor and sub-consultant invoices
- Monitor project cost/performance and reconcile revenue monthly to ensure alignment
- Review Accounts Receivable to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Work closely with Project Managers to meet financial and operational objectives
- Provide contract administration and related support
- Associates Degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in finance or project accounting
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Experience in billing within the A/E/C industry is required
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- High degree of discretion and ability to manage confidential information
- Strong sense of responsiveness to requests
- Effective communication and working relationship with internal leaders and peers, as well as external clients
- Ability to effectively manage multiple time-sensitive tasks
- Data analysis and interpretation skills
- Highly motivated and problem-solving attitude
$42,820.00 - $57,094.00
STV Incorporated is committed to paying all employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner. The listed pay range is our good-faith salary estimate for this position. Please note that the final salary offered may be outside of this published range based on many factors, including but not limited to geography, education, experience, and/or certifications.
