Furnace Operator

Aerotek is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Furnace Operator to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This 1st shift position offers a competitive salary of $19-20/hour.
Responsibilities- Furnace Operations: Monitor and control large furnace operations to ensure efficient production.
- Work Orders: Accurately fill out and read work orders to maintain productivity.
- Loading and Unloading: Load and unload the furnace efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintenance: Handle bins, fixtures, and baskets for loading and unloading, ensuring smooth operation.
- Reporting: Report any unusual problems to the manager promptly to maintain quality standards.
- Overtime: Work overtime as required to meet production demands.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Heat Tolerance: Work in a non-temperature controlled facility with a willingness to adapt to heat.
- Personal Protective Equipment: Wear steel toe boots to ensure safety.
- Flexibility: Be prepared to relocate to Fairfield in the future.
